Terms and conditions
The above rates are including Gouvernment Tax and service charge and based on single/double occupancy. Children under 36 months, sharing the same bed as parents , are free of charge.
One bedroom Villa rental includes: Breakfast for max 2 persons. Guests can use one bedroom and the livingroom. Guests will not have access to the second bedroom, but will have exclusive right to the pool and garden.
Two bedroom Villa rental includes: Breakfast for max 4 persons. Guests can use both bedrooms and livingroom, and have exclusive rights to the pool and garden.
Payment: Upon booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due. When we have received the deposit, your booking is confirmed. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can only be done in local currency (Indonesian Rupiah) in cash or with Visa & Mastercard. A surcharge of 3% will apply on all payments with credit cards.
